Shipping
PawTrail Supply currently ships to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders.
Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partners. Processing times vary by product. Many U.S. orders arrive within approximately 2–10 business days after processing, but delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Products may be fulfilled from different facilities, so multiple-item orders can arrive in separate packages. Tracking details are emailed when available.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back because return instructions and locations can vary by product.
Items should generally be unused, in the condition received, and in original packaging when applicable. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed, or after we otherwise approve the claim. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post refunds.
